OAuth Connection Expired or Disconnected

Social platforms periodically invalidate OAuth tokens (e.g. LinkedIn tokens expire after 60 days).

• Go to Settings → Connections in the dashboard.
• Locate the disconnected account and click Reconnect.
• Re-authorize the application permissions.

Post Failed in Content Queue

If a post fails with a publishing error:

1. Check the character count (X posts must be ≤ 280 characters per segment).
2. Ensure media attachments meet platform limits (e.g. images under 5MB).
3. Verify your platform account has not been rate-limited or temporarily flagged by the social network.

CLI Token Authentication Errors

If aicmo commands report Unauthorized or expired credentials:

• Run aicmo logout followed by aicmo login.
• Complete the device activation flow at aicmohq.com/activate.

Webhook Delay for Credit Updates

Credit top-ups and subscription updates are processed via Dodo Payments webhooks. Under high network traffic, webhook delivery may take up to 60 seconds to reflect in your dashboard.
