01 Is the content AI-generated?
Yes. Writer uses your saved brand voice, product context, and examples to prepare drafts. You review and approve each draft before it goes live.
02 Which platforms do you support?
Direct publishing supports X, LinkedIn, and Reddit. GitHub can supply build activity, Google Analytics measures results, email uses your connected provider, and Hacker News supports monitoring. Product Hunt connection is still limited.
03 Do agents post automatically without my approval?
By default, all content goes through a review queue where you approve with one click. You can enable auto-publish for agents you trust.
04 How is this different from Buffer or Typefully?
Those tools help you schedule posts you write. AICMOHQ does the entire job: research, create, publish, engage, and analyze.
05 What if I don't like the content?
Edit or reject it in the content queue, then update your saved brand voice or strategy before generating another draft.
06 How much does it cost?
Early access is via the waitlist today. When billing opens, Pro is $49/mo with 2,000 marketing credits, Studio is $99/mo with 5,000, and GTM Desk is $149/mo with 10,000. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial.
07 How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the channels you connect. You can start with a product URL, then add OAuth connections and brand guidance when you are ready.
08 What burns a credit?
Credits meter agent actions when they run. Typical costs include X posts, LinkedIn posts, Reddit replies, Hacker News posts, blog articles, prospect/Scout scans, SEO/GEO analysis, image generation, weekly reports, and outreach sends. CMO chat is billed by message length rather than a flat fee. Exact costs are listed in-app and via the credit_costs MCP tool.
09 Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing period — unused monthly allotment does not roll over. One-time top-up credits stack on top of your monthly allowance and do not expire with the monthly reset.
10 How do credits work during the trial?
Self-serve checkout is not open yet — join the waitlist for early access. When billing opens, every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial with that plan's monthly credit allotment so you can run Scout, Writer, and the rest of the loop before you are charged. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be billed.
